Welcome to the Tip of the Week!
The Tip of the Week is a new feature offered by the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors® to help keep the members informed on different functions of the MLS system, rules that are less known, and situations that we receive a lot of questions about. The tip will be updated every Friday, with an archive available on the Association webpage, so that you can get back to previous tips at any time.
Most of the tips being offered are based on questions we've heard, or issues reported on different listings. If you have any ideas for a future Tip of the Week, please email the idea to susan@ecaor.com. All ideas are welcome!
