Candidate for Vice President

Kimberlie Griggs

Kimberlie is a Florida native, growing up in Fort Walton Beach and moved to Crestview years later. She began her career in Residential Property Management and Community Association Manager and then extended her business into Real Estate Sales in 2010.

She is a GRI Graduate, Military Specialist, and CCIM Commercial Certified.

Served on the Crestview Area Chamber of Commerce Board, Member of the OW Building Industry Association, and the current Crestview Director for the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors.

She is married to her husband David and mom to her beautiful baby girl Hadley and many farm animals.

    Candidate for Assistant Treasurer

    Sherrie Salas

    Sherrie Salas brings a wealth of experience and leadership to her candidacy for Assistant Treasurer. She is currently serving her third term on the Keller Williams Associate Leadership Committee, which is represented by the top 10% of Keller Willliams agents.  This committee plays a crucial role in making leadership decisions that enhance office productivity and profitability. Sherrie’s involvement in this group highlights her talent for inspiring, motivating, and engaging with her fellow agents, fostering a collaborative and thriving work environment.

    Sherrie’s leadership extends beyond her work at Keller Williams. She has held significant positions within the Women’s Council of Realtors for the Emerald Coast, including serving as President in 2023, President Elect in 2022, Treasurer in 2021, and Secretary in 2020. Her commitment to the real estate profession is further demonstrated through her active contributions to the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, where she has served on key committees, including the RPAC Committee (2023 & 2024), the Global Committee (2023 & 2024), and the Finance Committee (2024).   Sherrie is also a proud graduate of the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors Leadership Development program, Class of 2021/2022. This experience honed her leadership skills and provided her with a deep understanding of the inner workings of the Association.

    Driven by a heart of service and a deep sense of pride in her industry and community, Sherrie is dedicated to upholding the values of honesty, integrity, and transparency.  As Assistant Treasurer, she is committed to ensuring all members and staff are fully informed and supported, working together to achieve the organization’s goals. Sherrie’s extensive experience and dedication make her the ideal candidate to serve as Assistant Treasurer, where she will continue to bring professionalism and excellence to the role and contribute meaningfully to the financial stewardship and strategic planning of the Association. 

    Candidate for Destin Director

    Bonnie Hall

    Bonnie Hall, a top agent and award-winning associate broker with Coldwell Banker Realty’s Destin/30A office, has been a leading figure in the Emerald Coast real estate market since 2003. A local resident since 1997, Bonnie offers expertise across all real estate needs, from first-time buyers to luxury investors.

    With a passion for continuing education, Bonnie has achieved certifications and designations such as Global Luxury Property Specialist, Certified Luxury Marketing Specialist, Resort & Second Home Property Specialist, Certified Residential Specialist and Accredited Buyer Representative. Bonnie’s skills in investment properties, new construction, and negotiation ensure strategic advice for buyers and sellers. Bonnie is a LDP graduate, is honored to have received ECAR’s Destin Realtor of the Year award in 2018 and 2023. She served on the MLS committee and is a multi-year member of the Public Policy Committee. As Destin Director, Bonnie is dedicated to encouraging ECAR member involvement with those she meets.

    Candidates for North Walton Director

    Brandy Brown

    My name is Brandy Brown, Broker/Owner of Southern Choice Properties. In addition to my role as North Walton Director for the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors and a State Director for Florida Realtors, I am also a current student of the Florida Realtors Leadership Academy Class of 2024. I am a proud graduate of the ECAR Leadership Development Program in 2020 (Best Class Ever) and have served on various ECAR committees, including Soldiers on the Water Task Force (2016), the Grievance Committee (2022), and the Professional Development Committee (2024). I’m also active on the Professional Development Committee with Florida Realtors. I became licensed in 2005 as a Sales Associate, in 2011 as a Broker, and opened Southern Choice Properties the same year. We added Property Management to our list of services in 2020 and have not looked back since! 

    Among all these roles, my most cherished titles are wife and mom. I’m married to Steve Brown, who is also licensed and an ECAR member, and together we have two wonderful daughters who inspire all my pursuits. I am passionate about helping our members grow both professionally and as leaders, fostering a sense of community for the greater good. In my downtime, I enjoy warm chocolate chip cookies, lifting weights to balance my sweet tooth, reading nonstop, dancing whenever I can, and playing golf to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.

     

    Candidates for South Walton Director

    Sabine robertson

    Sabine Robertson, born in Berlin, Germany, is passionate about real estate and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the industry. With a degree in Hospitality and a Master’s in Education, Sabine’s commitment to education and service is evident in her work. In 2023, she founded her own brokerage, Sea Haus Realty, serving clients across the Panhandle of Florida, from 30A to Destin. Sabine holds numerous designations and certifications, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), At Home With Diversity (AHWD), Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).

    In 2023, Sabine served as ECAR’s Global Business Committee Chair and organized and attended trade missions for ECAR. In 2024, she continues to serve on ECAR’s Global Business, Grievance, and Awards Committees. She has also been serving on the Florida Realtors Global Business Committee for five years and is currently part of the 2024 Florida Realtors Leadership Academy. Additionally, she is a member of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR) and the Residential Real Estate Council (RRC), a CIPS instructor for NAR, and a member of the Florida Realtors faculty. Sabine has been a Major RPAC investor for the last two years and volunteers for Food for Thought. In her free time, she loves to play golf, spend time with family, and travel. Sabine is passionate about her work, deeply cares about the real estate profession, and is dedicated to improving it every step of the way.
