The nominee must be a member in good standing with ECAR. Nominees must have 50% or more business in the commercial market. The nominee must be a member in good standing with ECAR. Nominee must be a member in good standing with ECAR. Nominee must have been a member of ECAR for at least two (2) years. Nominee, by way of example, is a role model for other Realtor members. Nominee should freely give of their time and talents to one or more organization via civic and/or fraternal organizations this includes charitable, educational and military involvement. Nominee should have volunteered many hours of service and commitment on a continuous basis and provides “hands-on” involvement to one or more specific causes.

This award is in honor of Kerry Kelly, a community leader who worked effortlessly to make Education a priority. As an ECAR member, Kerry served as President in 1989 and as the District 9 Vice President for the Florida Association of Realtors in 1990. Not only did he provide excellent service to our Association, he also served on the Board of Directors for the Council of Aging and for the Okaloosa Tourist Development Council and as a mediator for the State of Florida. This award is dedicated to someone who is like Kerry Kelly and believes in the power of education and has served as an ECAR leader. Nominee must be a member in good standing with ECAR.

Nominee must have three (3) years or less of experience in the real estate industry. Nominee must be a member in good standing with ECAR. Nominees will be judged on their contributions to ECAR by attending events and being a committee member. Nominee must possess ethics and spirit of cooperation as exhibited by faithfulness to the principles of organized real estate Association Bylaws and Code of Ethics. Nominee must participate in community service via civic and/or fraternal organizations this includes charitable, educational and military involvement showing any offices or chairmanships held.
