Area 13 sub area 3 and 4 will be combined. Sub area 5 and 6 will be combined. Sub area 7 and 8 will be combined. The line separating sub area 6 and 7 will be moved east to follow 293 and turn west towards Rock Bayou to follow Long Creek.
