Please find below a list of all the forms that have been updated in Form Simplicity:
(All listing forms included in the “Note” comments below)

1. Several listing agreements were modified with regards to offers of compensation. The affected listing agreements are all versions of the Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement, Exclusive Brokerage Listing Agreement, Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement for Commercial Property, Exclusive Right to Lease Listing Agreement and the Vacant Land Listing Agreement
2. A new form was released, Prospective Buyer/Tenant Retainer Form, which can be used with prospective buyers/tenants to charge a fee for real estate services.
3. Language was removed from the CRSP Condo Addendum and Cooperative Addendum regarding a deadline by which sellers had to provide certain documents to buyers.
4. The Septic Program Replacement Addendum was amended and provides additional sources for buyers to check for information regarding a county’s program.

NOTE: The following listing agreements were updated with respect to the cooperative compensation paragraph: all Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreements, the Exclusive Brokerage Listing Agreement, Exclusive Right of Sale Listing Agreement for Commercial Property, the Exclusive Right to Lease Listing Agreement and the Vacant Land Listing Agreement.

We have also checked with Florida Realtors on the status of updates to the Buyer Broker Agreement Form and those updates are in process now and will let you know as soon as it is available.
