Cynthia DeLuca
What started with an innocent conversation with a co-worker turned into a lifelong love of rental properties. That was in 1999, when Cynthia DeLuca purchased her first rental property from that co-worker.
Since that time, Cynthia has purchased everything from single family homes to apartment complexes to commercial properties, and everything in between. Cynthia loves to purchase, renovate, and rent her properties for long-term ownership.
Cynthia has acquired all types of properties with all types of “unique” features, including asbestos, all kinds of termites, mold, fire damage, collapsed roofs and more. She even purchased an entire apartment complex in record time, 72 hours from contract to closing.
After being asked a multitude of times how she got started, Cynthia wrote a book called The High Heels Landlord, then followed it up with a second book, named Fill’er Up, both available on Amazon or Barnes & Noble. These books offer guidance through investing, purchasing and the rental process.
Cynthia’s passion is property management and investment properties. In her spare time, she collects more rental properties and visits her favorite hangout, Lowe’s.
