The Special Membership Meeting was held December 7 at 1:00 p.m at the ECAR Fort Walton Beach office located at 10 Hollywood Blvd. SE, Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548. 

The sole item on the agenda was to discuss and vote on the 2022 Bylaws. 

A quorum was established and voting opened to attendees.

The meeting adjourned at 3:00 p.m. and votes were counted with 40 votes to approve the 2022 Bylaws and 12 votes not to approve. 

Upon the vote to approve, the 2022 Bylaws went into effect.
